Last week I had the pleasure of photographing Ms. Genesis and her handsome prom date before the dancing began! I know how special prom can be and I'm so happy that I could be a part of she and her date's special day. Her dress was absolutely gorgeous (I love pink!) and the matching bow tie was so sharp. I absolutely loved meeting her family and getting to celebrate this end-of-the-year fun with everyone. I LOVE the photos I captured and wanted to share a few of my favorites below!

Over Thanksgiving weekend my husband and I traveled to my hometown in Maryland to celebrate the holidays with my family. We had a great (and busy) week of spending time with relatives and sleeping in. During that week I had the opportunity to photograph this super sweet couple and their two handsome pups! The fall colors were perfect and we even had a chance to sneak in some Washington State University crimson as we explored the Potomac Regional Park in Arlington, Virginia.
Every year I get to photograph this insanely awesome couple for their wedding anniversary. Amanda and Marcus are fantastic and fun to be around and don't mind venturing out every year to find a new and different location from the last! This year we headed to Conestee Park in Mauldin, South Carolina to take advantage of the fall colors, lake view, and beautiful atmosphere. As always, we made sure to capture a few photos for Christmas cards..another annual mini-session tradition with them! Check out their beautiful fall and Christmas photos below!
