This month I've had plenty of time to give thanks for my family, friends, and clients. I was so lucky that Natalie reached out to me about family photos and couldn't wait to have this session! We decided on Furman University and made our way around the campus, stopping here and there, and almost getting soaked from the sprinklers! The kiddos were so excited to be there with mom and dad and were an absolute joy to be around. This is one beautiful family!
Sarah and Addison are such an adorable couple. They really wanted an engagement session to commemorate their engagement, and what better place than at the same spot Addison proposed! We picked a beautiful day to go on a mini hike and were able to get some absolutely stunning photos at the old tower along the Sulfur Springs trail as well as the waterfall beneath it. We ventured a little farther along the trail and wrapped up the session at the old dam, capturing the wonderful Autumn colors just as the sun began to set for the day. Check out the photos from the session below!
We're back again this year with my favorite couple and a new addition; the best pup ever! Like every year, Marcus and Amanda have an anniversary mini-session to update their photos around the house and to prep for their Christmas cards. This year we picked Furman University for our session and ventured out into the less traveled corners of the campus for a wonderfully woodsy and cozy feel. And the best part about this year's photos? We get to PROUDLY introduce Lucy the golden-doodle to our annual session! She's the absolute cutest, but watch out, she can sometimes turn into a lion..but only around Halloween! With all three of them coordinating outfits we knew we'd have some wonderful photographs this year. Check them out below!
Look at precious little Ronan! His Fall themed newborn session was a success and he slept through most of it, while giving us some "winks" and smiles along the way. We had some more red hair that looked so handsome up against our maroon, navy, and forest green colors. I think he's the cutest little "pumpkin" of them all!
After having such an amazing portrait session for his sister Alexa's Quinceañera, we had to have a senior session for Adalberto! We ventured back out into Falls Park in downtown Greenville, South Carolina and got some handsome photos of him in his suit. It was pretty warm that day, temperatures were in the mid 80s, but we (and the gear) survived the session!
Look at this little hunter! While we had to deal with a bit of a grumpy newborn during this session we still had some great shots! Mom and dad wanted him to look ready to hunt so we borrowed dad's boots, hat, and antlers. These are just a few of my favorites!
So earlier this week I had the opportunity to photograph the Wilde family, with special guest Conner, the dog. The session was perfect, the weather was beautiful, and everyone was having a fantastic time, including the pup! We went on a long tour around the Furman University campus and were able to get some perfect family photos from the greenway, bridge, and lake. Conner even had his own little photo shoot towards the end of the session!
Have I mentioned how much I love Falls Park? This is seriously one of the most beautiful places in Greenville; definitely the most beautiful place in downtown! Sarah and her parents had a lovely time in the park and even helped me lug around some of my equipment. We had a beautiful session and even got to see some cute ducks down at the water since the park was so quiet. Sarah is going to be studying music therapy after high school, and she can't wait to start this new exciting chapter of her life!
Happy Mother's Day! This session was a Mother's Day gift to mom from all the guys and we had a blast! The weather was a little warmer than we would've liked but all in all, not too bad for a May afternoon! We all had a great time and the Romano family couldn't look better. The blue and greens from this session really makes you wish that Spring would last just a little bit longer!
Isn't baby Killian the cutest little redhead you've ever seen? Mom and dad wanted to have a newborn session with this little dude to not only mark the start of a new chapter in their lives, but to also make sure everyone knows there's another West Virginia University Mountaineer in our midst! In fact, the whole crew was set up with blue and "old gold" yellow! Just look at that happy face below!
